CardPrime is a platform for identifying and managing sports card collections, where you photograph each card and enter its details yourself. By using the app, you agree to the following terms.
CardPrime is intended for collectors aged 16 and over. This is not a recommendation — being at least 16 is a condition of using the service. By accepting these terms, which you do before the app can be used, and each time you use CardPrime afterwards, you represent that you meet that condition. An account held by someone under 16 is in breach of these terms.
We do not ask for a date of birth and we do not verify your age against identity documents. For an app that catalogues sports cards, with no chat, no advertising and no profiling, requiring identity documents would mean collecting far more personal data than it could ever protect, so we rely on that representation instead. This is a declaration, not a verification, and we say so plainly rather than implying a check we do not carry out.
If you are under 16, you may not create an account or use the app. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 16, we delete that account and its data. If you believe a child is using CardPrime, write to info@cardprime.io and we will act on it. If you are between 16 and 18, please make sure a parent or guardian knows you are using the app.
Your account is for personal use only. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
The app may not be used for:
Cards you add are private by default. You may choose, card by card, to publish a card to CardPrime's public catalog, where other signed-in users can see its photo and details next to your display name. You keep ownership of what you upload, and you grant CardPrime only the licence needed to display it in the catalog for as long as you keep it published. You are responsible for having the right to upload the photo.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You may not publish content that is sexual or pornographic, violent or gory, hateful or discriminatory, harassing, illegal, or deliberately deceptive — including photos of counterfeit cards presented as genuine. Photos submitted to the public catalog are screened automatically before they appear, and we may remove any published card, at any time, that we judge to breach these terms.
Reporting and blocking. Every card in the public catalog can be reported directly from the app, and you can block any collector so their cards disappear from the public catalog as you see it, and yours from theirs (Settings → Blocked Accounts & Reports). We review every report without undue delay, normally within one business day, and a card reported by several distinct users is hidden automatically while we do. Reports can also be sent to info@cardprime.io. Where a report concerns content that is illegal under EU law, we handle it as a notice under the Digital Services Act and inform you of the outcome.
Accounts that repeatedly publish objectionable content or abuse other users may have publishing disabled or be terminated.
The app's logo, design and software are the property of CardPrime. Copying or distributing content without permission is prohibited.
CardPrime is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Card identification and grading information you enter is for informational purposes only. Cards published by other users are their content, not ours; we do not verify the accuracy of details or the authenticity of the cards other collectors publish.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. You will be notified of changes within the app.
